"A phobic patient came in to me in NYC for treatment. He needed most of his teeth removed and requested to be put to sleep during the process. Through dialog & addressing his concerns I was able to remove the necessary teeth without giving him general anesthesia. He left with a set of partial dentures that made a dramatic change in his look. He was elated & could not believe the process could be that simple. "
